L'uomo si agita per riconoscere
se stesso come potente e dominatore
di una vita che invece ha ricevuto
per puro atto creatore.
Ha ricevuto lo spirito, insufflato
dal cuore di Dio ma, addormentato
dall'oscurità della sua mente,
ha preferito chiamare vita la morte.
La storia insidiosa piena di rivalità
e di tristi eventi ha chiamato sapienza
la stoltezza della nostra visione
del mondo, fatto di polvere di scienza.
È entrata nel mondo la luce della vita
ma hanno prevalso le tenebre;
uno spesso velo ha azzerato nel cuore
la visione del mondo nato dalla luce.

per tutti quelli che credono in Lui,
unica sorgente di amore eterno.
