8.00 : Carlo Perratone apre il suo negozio: arriva subito il primo cliente, Gino Guichardaz (Fuffy), seguito poco dopo da un altro abituale cliente, Dario Grappein.
8.00 : secondo il Gip, è il momento dal quale decorre il lasso temporale, che si protrae fino alle 8.29, entro il quale l' assassino aggredisce Samuele Lorenzi.
8.00-8.15 circa : Davide Lorenzi esce di casa; in attesa della mamma che lo accompagnerà alla fermata della scuolabus, fa qualche giro in bicicletta davanti all' home. 8.27 : Annamaria Franzoni, dopo aver chiamato a voce la vicina di casa Daniele Ferrod, telefona alla psichiatra Ada Satragni, chiedendo il suo aiuto.
8.28 : Annamaria Franzoni chiama il 118, dicendo che il proprio figlio vomita sangue from the mouth.

8.45 circa : Ulisse Guichardaz esce di casa e si reca al negozio di ortofrutta del fratello Carlo, per l'apertura;
8.51-8.52 : l'eliambulanza giunge nei pressi della casa dei Lorenzi.
9.06 : i carabinieri di Cogne, ricevuta una segnalazione telefonica da Elmo Glarey, guida alpina che aveva coordinato le operazioni di atterraggio dell' eliambulanza, allertano la centrale operativa di Aosta.
9.19 : il piccolo Samuele Lorenzi viene trasferito a bordo dell'eliambulanza.
9.43 : Carlo Guichardaz, di ritorno da Burolo e giunto piu' o meno all' altezza di Nus (Aosta), riceve la telefonata della moglie Daniela Ferrod, che lo informa dell' accaduto.
9.47 : il piccolo Samuele giunge nell' ospedale di Aosta.
9.47 : dal suo negozio Graziana Blanc telefona al negozio del marito, Carlo Parratone, e gli chiede se ha saputo di quanto accaduto a Samuele Lorenzi.
9.55 : il medico del pronto soccorso di Aosta constata la morte del piccolo Samuele.
10 hours: the first visit by police to the home of Lorenzi.
